The unit will come tarped and banded. Outs material may have some loose knots or other minor imperfections, but we can show anyone how to cut this to maximize coverage. Load out day is not an inspection day. Questions should be asked before bidding, not on the removal day. Pattern is WP4 which means it has a flat back side and v-grooved edges on the face.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers only. All others will need to be hand loaded by the buyer.
Alternate Removals: Alternate removals of up to one week will be granted if invoice is paid on the published load out day.
This auction features 1x6 Ponderosa Knotty Pine Tongue and Groove Outs. The pattern is (WP4) v-grooved edges with a flat back. Outs material may have loose knots or some tongue or groove damage that may need to be removed. We will show you how to cut this material to maximize use.
Inspections: Monday Thru Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, until the auction closes. Do not come to inspect on the the pickup day as that homework should have already been done.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers only. Enclosed vehicles or inappropriate vehicles will require hand loading by the buyer.
Alternate Removals: Alternate removals will only be granted with prompt payment on the published load out day. Buyers paying and then requesting this will be granted one additional business week for pickup.
