This auction contains a wide variety of items for your business. It's got everything from generators and HVAC equipment to rolls of polar fleece and boxes and boxes of black foam core board. There are large rolls of fleece and bonded type fabric, and even a big industrial fabric carousel. There are trade show items featuring pallets that turn into tables and rolling storage cases that turn into display tables-both items are great inventions. Also featured are wide format printers, laminators, cutters and massive amounts of cubicles. Many items are new, some are lightly used and others are sold for parts. Did I mention new event tents with canopies, frames and awnings? Inspection will be by appointment.

NOTE: THERE ARE ONLY 2 WAYS TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS: THERE IS A LOADING DOCK AND A MAN DOOR AT STREET LEVEL. IF YOU HAVE A LARGE ITEM THAT NEEDS TO GO OUT THROUGH THE DOCK DOOR, RATHER THAN THE MAN DOOR, THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IT TO THE GROUND. YOU WILL NEED A DOCK HEIGHT TRUCK OR YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO GET IT TO THE GROUND YOURSELF. WE CAN NOT TIE UP OUR LABOR, OR OUR DOCK, TRYING TO HELP YOU SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. WE HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT IT IN ADVANCE SO YOU CAN BE PREPARED, AND WE CAN AVOID THIS SITUATION.
THIS IS A ONE DAY LOAD OUT ON OUR CLIENTS PROPERTY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A FORKLIFT WILL BE ONSITE TO ASSIST WITH LOADING ITEMS ON PALLETS, MACHINES AND THE FABRIC CAROUSEL.
The pick up date for items won in this auction is Friday, JANUARY 24th, 2018 between 8 am and 4:30 pm. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THAT DAY, DURING THAT TIME FRAME, PLEASE DO NOT BID. Please come to pick up with a vehicle appropriate for the size and number of items won. Bring extra people for carrying and lifting items into your vehicle if necessary. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: WE GIVE THINGS A QUICK ONCE OVER OR PLUG THINGS IN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS, THEN WE REPORT THAT TO YOU. HOWEVER, WE DO NOT OFFER THAT AS A GUARANTEE. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

WHEN YOU PAY ONLINE AND DO NOT COME IN TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE DURING THE DESIGNATED REMOVAL DAYS AND TIMES LISTED FOR THAT AUCTION, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" BIDDER AND WILL BE GIVEN A REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS. YOU WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS TO OBTAIN THE MERCHANDISE AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. BY CHOOSING TO PAY ONLINE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
