Scheduled inspection dates and times are FIRM. Inspection is Tuesdays from 3pm-6pm. Just because we are a retail store does NOT mean our staff can accommodate drop-in inspections.
Arriving on pick-up day: You must enter the MN Home Outlet store to pay first. The loading docks and Shop Jimmy doors are not an entrance to the auction area.

Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
We do our best to accommodate bidders who cannot make the scheduled removal. Alternate pickups are by appointment ONLY.
Invoices MUST be paid for on or before the closing time of the scheduled removal. Unpaid invoices at the end of the removal will be marked as No Show regardless of pickup arrangements.
Items that are paid for but not picked up within 5 days will be considered abandoned and NO refunds will be given.

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
