Unit is approx 43 inches wide by 14 inches tall by 8 feet long and approximately 800 lbs. The unit will come tarped and banded. Outs material may have some loose knots or other minor imperfections, but we can show anyone how to cut this to maximize coverage. Load out day is not an inspection day. Questions should be asked before bidding, not on the removal day.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers only. All others will need to be hand loaded by the buyer.
Alternate Removals: Alternate removals of up to one week will be granted if invoice is paid on the published load out day.
This auction features 1x6 knotty pine tongue groove outs. This means that there may be loose knots or other small imperfections you will need to work around. We can show you how to cut this to maximize your coverage. All skids come tarped and banded from the mill. This is cabin/garage grade material.
Pattern: This material is reversible with an edge and center bead on one side (ECB) and edge v-groove (WP4) on the other.
Inspections: Inspections can be done Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4 pm until the auction close. The removal day is not the day to inspect. If you have questions, the time to ask them is before you bid.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers only. Enclosed or other inappropriate vehicles will require hand loading by the buyer.
Alternate Removals: Alternate removals of up to one week will be granted with prompt payment on the published load out day only.
