Note:When you purchase a firearm, you will need to pass a NICS check. Plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm. If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with pistol grip, you will need a valid permit to purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry permit. If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you, but you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase. $25 will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup or shipment for each firearm. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
