This auction features Ponderosa pine siding and dual pattern tongue and groove OUTS. This means there may be some loose knots, tongue damage, or other minor imperfections needing to be removed from the wood. We can show you how to cut this to maximize coverage.
Patterns:
Lots 1-5 Pattern 116/WP4 edge and center v-groove(116) on one side and edge v-groove(WP4) on the other.
Lots 6-8 Pattern WP4/WP4 reversible edge v-groove
Lots 9-11 Pattern 106 tongue and groove scalloped siding
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers only. Any enclosed vehicle or inappropriate vehicle will require hand loading by the buyer.
Alternate Removal: The buyer will be give one extra business week to remove their purchase with prompt payment on the published pickup date. You must pay on time to get alternate removals.
Inspections: Inspections can be made any Monday thru Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, until the auction close. The removal day is not an inspection day as all questions should have been asked prior.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
