This is an off site sale in Montevideo at a place of business. Please be respectful to inspection day and time as well as pick up day and time.
Now this sale consists of many new in the package items from paint supplies, hardware, door locks, paint. Plus many new doors and windows of many sizes and styles. Vanity and cabinets still in the box. We have lumber, trim material, steel, landscaping block, some siding and shingles. It's a small sale but is loaded with clean quality material. The doors, windows, and steel as well as everything else are not "take out or trade outs" these are new - never installed overstock items. Please inspect before bidding.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
