I if you make check to Auctioneer and you are not the winning bidder, there is a delay in getting your check back. Ask if you do not understand. If you are the winning bidder the check becomes property of the seller and you have 30 days to complete transaction. Selection of closing agent is responsibility of winning bidder. All closing fees are the responsibility of winning bidder.
