This auction features 1x6 Knotty Ponderosa Pine Tongue and Groove OUTS. OUTS material is a cabin/garage grade material that may have some loose knots, tongue damage, or other minor imperfections needing to be removed from the material. We can show you how to cut this material to maximize use.

ECB - Edge and Center Bead on one side resembling old wainscoting
WP4 - Edge v-grooved on the other side for a traditional tongue and groove look
Alternate Removals: Alternate removals will only be granted with prompt payment on the published removal date.
Inspections: Inspections can be made any Monday thru Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, until the auction close. The removal day is not an inspection day so get your questions answered before then.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers will sides shorted than 2 feet. Enclosed vehicles or other inappropriate vehicles will require hand loading by the buyer.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
