This auction features 1x6 Knotty Pine Tongue and Groove OUTS. OUTS material means it may have some loose knots, tongue damage, or other minor imperfections needing to be removed from the material during installation. This tongue and groove would be suitable for garages, rustic cabins, etc. We will be happy to show you how to cut this material to maximize coverage.
Alternate Removal: Alternate removals are always granted with prompt payment on the published payment/pickup date.
Inspections: Inspections can be made anytime Monday thru Friday, from 8 am to 3 pm, until the auction closes. The pickup day is not an inspection day so have any questions answered before pickup.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers. Enclosed vehicles or inappropriate vehicles will require hand loading by the customer.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
