Applicable State, County & Municipality Sales Tax will be collected.
INVOICES can be paid online or in person during scheduled removal.

Delinquent payments will be assessed $10.00 fee in addition to invoiced total.

Alternate Pickup/Removal is available exclusively at discretion of REAL Auctioneers and MUST be requested via e-mail and approved by REAL Auctioneers BEFORE conclusion of listed auction removal date & times. Additional charges apply; a storage fee of 7% of winning bid or $7.00, whichever is greater, will be charged and is due payable in full before items will be released.
Any paid-for item(s) not picked up within 4 business days that do not have an approved “Hold” by REAL Auctioneers will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund or notice.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available unless otherwise stated in lot details
As a service to our bidders/ buyers REAL Auctioneers is a UPS shipperalso offering freight shipping coordination for LTL & FTL items/ Lots.
REAL Auctioneers utilizes UPS on all non-freight shipping. To request an exact shipping & handling quote on a lot please e-mail for “shipping quotes” to info@REAL-Auctioneers.com and include the Auction Name, Lot Number, Bidder Name & address where the item will be shipped to. All addresses are assumed to be residential unless specifically stated as a commercial/ business address.
Additional Charges Apply:
There will be a packaging& handling fee of 11% of the winning bid price or $4.00, whichever is greater, in addition to quoted UPS shipping/freight charges.
All freight/LTL shipped items fee’s and charges are per quote. Please e-mail to request/ receive quote PRIOR to bidding.
No items will be transported until all charges are paid in full.
