Kim Teaver is delighted to offer the contents of a beautiful urban loft estate liquidation featuring the work of local Minneapolis artist combined with numerous Persian and wool area rugs, elegant furnishing and decor.
All items are from a Smoke-free, Pet-free and Child-free home.
Pickup/Removal: All items must be removed from the premises during designated time frame.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Removal Day for ALL ITEMS is on Tueday, March 26th and Wednesday, March 27th from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M ONLY: Bidders will have to enter through the main Humbolt Building entrance on 2nd Street South. The GPS location is 750 S. 2nd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55401. There is metered parking available on 2nd Street in front of the building. You will need to pay and park, and then enter through the double doors facing 2nd Street. It is a secured building requiring escorted access staff member will be there to let you in and direct you to the elevators.
Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. Again, we will have one elevator reserved specifically for us on removal days, but all bidders will only be able to use the one elevator, so please be prepared to be patient.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Local Delivery Option
Delivery:Furniture, case goods and art delivery is available at a rate of $150 for the first lot and $50 for each consecutive lot within a 10 mile radius of downtown Minneapolis. Fees beyond the ten mile radius are at $20 per additional ten miles per lot. Delivery will be scheduled for Wednesday, March 27th unless other accommodations are negotiated in advance. Local transfer is provided by a third party with payment for delivery issued to the provider at time of receipt. Kim Teaver is not responsible for any damage or delays regarding the option for local delivery. For additional delivery inquiries /requests, please contact 651-442-0742 and reference Mill City Loft Auction prior to Tuesday, March 26th.
Small Item Shipping: Kim Teaver does not provide packing and shipping services. If you need shipping services, please contact the The UPS Store #3798 to assist you in packing and shipping of 'small packages'.
