Additional charges apply; a storage fee will be charged and due payable in full before items released, due on any and all items not removed by listed date/ time and held for other removal means.

Delinquent payments will be assessed $10.00 fee in addition to invoiced total.
“No-Show” items relinquish all property rights and are honored exclusively at REAL Auctioneers discretion.
Any paid-for item(s) not picked up within 4 business days of auction close that do not have an approved “Hold” by REAL Auctioneers will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund or notice.
Any paid-for item(s) with an approved alternate removal date/time, not removed per REAL Auctioneers approved date/ time, will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without refund or notice.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
As a service to our buyers REAL Auctioneers offer Nationwide shipping via UPS,also offering freight shipping coordination for LTL & FTL items/ Lots. See below if desired to use another carrier.
To request shipping e-mail: info@REAL-Auctioneers.com, include; - Bidder Number, - verify address where the item will be shipped to, - verify best e-mail to use for notices and invoices. All addresses are assumed to be residential unless specifically stated as a commercial/ business address.
Additional Charges Apply:
There will be a packaging& handling fee of 11% of the winning bid price or $7.00, whichever is greater, in addition to quoted UPS freight charges.
Bidder/Buyer may acquire and pay all applicable costs for own shipping services, REAL Auctioneers Packaging & Handling charges still apply and must be paid in full to release items. Self-shipping must be coordinated and approved by REAL Auctioneers, per RA availability schedule to facilitate.
No items will be transported until all charges are paid in full.
