This is an ON-SITE Estate Auction in Princeton MN, removal date's and times are FIRM, alternate removal dates NOT available, winning bidders MUST make removal at scheduled date's and times. Any won lots not picked up will be considered abandoned property and forfeit all property rights without notice or recourse, and be held liable for invoice total.
INSPECTIONS are available upon e-mail request for inspection appointment. Inspection appointments will be for either 5/28/19 or 5/30/19. Please e-mail info@real-auctioneers to request an appointment. All inspections MUST be requested no less than 72 hours before listed dates.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct

Sales Tax
