IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day. At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
One day removal only. Winning bidders must pick-up their lots before 12:00pm on Saturday. Remaining lots will be considered abandoned and will become the property of MN Home Outlet to dispose of at their discretion. No Exceptions.

Arriving on pick-up day: You must enter the MN Home Outlet store to pay first. The loading docks and Shop Jimmy doors are not an entrance to the auction area. We do have forklifts available during pick-up for large items, but we still insist on bringing help.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
There is no shipping available under any circumstances. Please do not bid if you need an item shipped.
If you pay online with Square, we would like to remind all bidders that you are still responsible for claiming your lots on the scheduled pick-up day.
