To take advantage of delivery service please follow the procedure below: 1. if you are thinking of purchasing an item, call the delivery company prior to purchase to get an estimate of all costs associated with having the item delivered, and to see if you are within their delivery range. Andrew will issue you a delivery quote using your bidder number. 2. Once you become the winning bidder, call us to pay for your merchandise and let us know you are using the home delivery service. 3. After you have paid us, call Andrew and tell him you have paid us, give him your bidder number and tell him you want the merchandise delivered. He will arrange to come and get your items from us. 4.If you do not get a shipping quote before you purchase, and then decide you don't want the merchandise you have won because you were not in the delivery range, or it cost more than you expected, you will still be responsible for honoring your bid and picking up the merchandise.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for most M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
