You must come to our warehouse at 625 St Louis Street Suite 7, Hopkins, MN 55343, on Wednesday July 31, 2019 to pay for your buses and take care of the paperwork. Then on Thursday, August 1st you will go to the bus location listed on the invoice to pick up your bus. The pick up time is from 9 am until 3pm.
ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR TITLED ASSETS, IN PERSON ONLY.
WE TAKE CASH, CASHIER CHECKS MADE OUT TO ABI, VISA OR MASTERCARD.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

YOU WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS TO OBTAIN THE MERCHANDISE AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. BY CHOOSING TO PAY ONLINE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
