This auction has a large selection of items that feature such finds as a Winner's Only solid oak roll top desk, a Roos Chest cedar chest, and lingerie chest with mirror to name a few of the numerous furniture lots. We also have some vintage film and photography equipment like a Kodak Brownie Movie Camera II 8mm camera and an 8mm DeJur 500 project. There are also a number of lots of professional theater lights from such companies as Altman, Acclaim and Colortran. Lastly there is a large selection of art and home decor with art prints by arts such as Terry Redlin and Lou Roman. This is just a small sample of the wide variety of items that this auctions holds. A piece of cast iron wall decor that has been pained orange in the center. It is 46" W x 14" H. There is also two large, wood; fork and spoon in an African style that are 39" L. Lastly there is an orange vinyl ottoman on wheels with a wood base that is 24" W x 20" L x 17" H. All four items are in nice condition.

There is a mid century glass mirror in a heavy wood frame that is 26" W x 45" H. There is a stylized lion metal wire scuplture that is 15" W x 4" L x 16" H. Next is a pineapple inspired desk lamp that is 17" high with a fabric shade. There is also a wood candle holder with  belled body and cross-hatched pattern that is 19" H. Lastly there is a wood box with a felt lining. The exterior of the box has been stained a deep wine red and designed to appear as if made of leather.

Three pieces of wood carved African inspired wall decor that each feature a man's face crowned by a image on the headdress section. Two of the pieces have a mirror image on the headdress with one face having a beard and the other not. The third piece has a bearded face with an orange fish on the headdress. There is also a decorative guitar-like instrument that constructed of wood, leather, cloth and a large gourd. The cloth is in red, yellow and green colors with a bars and stripe pattern. All four items are in nice condition.

There are four vases, three that are ceramic and one that is metal. The largest vase is 7" Dia x 14" H and comes from Hosley TM Potteries. There is also a bronze model T style car that is 4 1/2" W x 10" L x 8" H. Next there is a silver painted box that is filled with potpourri. Then there is two small silver and gold beaded lamp shades that are 6" Dia x 6" H. Lastly there are two pewter and amber colored candle sticks that are 9 1/2" tall. Along with the candle sticks there several candles including two 12" tapers, four small pineapple and round candle.

A large wall mirror in a white wood frame that is 47 1/2" W x 46 1/2" H. There is also a wood bear finished white that has adjustable arms and legs. It stands 24" tall. Both items are in nice condition.

One rung is a Trans-Ocean rug of the Mantra style that has an India pattern to it that is 10" W x 25" L made of Rayon pile and the other is a Persian inspired pattern rug that is 39" W x 60" L. Both rugs do need a bit of cleaning.

Andrew will issue you a delivery quote using your bidder number. 2.  Once you become the winning bidder, call us to pay for your merchandise and let us know you are using the home delivery service. 3. After you have paid us, call Andrew and tell him you have paid us, give him your bidder number and tell him you want the merchandise delivered.   He will arrange to come and get your items from us.  4.If you do not get a shipping quote before you purchase, and then decide you don't want the merchandise you have won because you were not in the delivery range, or it cost more than you expected, you will still be responsible for honoring your bid and picking up the merchandise.

We do not take personal or business checks.  We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome.  For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go.  A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.

Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.  Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.  

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes.  If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice. 

Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.

Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
