Lots are from the out-buildings next to the closed Pillager Trading Post. These buildings are due to be demolished very soon so this is the last chance for salvage!
Be sure to read all terms and conditions carefully on this one!
Buildings will be demolished on-schedule, so anything not removed by the end of the removal days will be forfeited without refund. Nothing will be loaded, hauled, or saved for you. It is solely up to you to figure out how to remove your items without seller/staff assistance, as none will be available!!!
Buyer assumes ALL RISK related to inspection and removal of items.
Inspections will be limited to 15 minutes per lot on inspection day. Please be prepared to wait as there is limited space in storage areas.
You must bring your own tools for removal and/or disassembly of any purchased items. Please plan accordingly.
We will not answer any size/condition questions related to items in any lot. No items have been tested in this auction. It is your responsibility to inspect items on inspection day prior to bidding. No refunds will be given due to buyer misunderstanding of item condition. Everything sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
Any disputes between buyers as to which items belong in which lot will be decided solely by the auctioneer on site.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There will be absolutely NO SHIPPING for this auction!
Thank you for your payment, and we look forward to seeing you on removal day! Remember to bring an appropriately sized vehicle and help for loading your items on removal day. If you do not attend removal day or contact us by that day, we will assume you are not picking up your items and they will be forfeited without refund.
