North Central Mechanical Services has a nice selection of plumbing fixtures that will sell to the highest bidder. Also included in this auction are some antiques, very nice retail shelving and more!
Check it out then make the short trip to Mason City to pick up your winnings! Located 35 minutes south of Albert Lea off I-35.
Please make every effort to attend the scheduled pick up day. If winter weather should prevent you from coming, please communicate with Trader Auction Co by phone at 641-420-5417. Online payments are due 2/3/20.
Pickup by 2/5/20 is requested and is being handled by appointment. Mornings are preferred. Forklift assistance and carts will be available to assist you in loading.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We are happy to offer shipping services on selected items. Please refer to the specific lot to see if shipping is being offered.
In most cases, we ship Spee-Dee, FedEx or FedEx Freight within the United States. Sorry, we do not ship to PO boxes.
Once you have paid for your items on the K-BID Dashboard, contact Trader Auction Company VIA EMAIL as soon as possible to inform us you wish to utilize shipping. You will receive a separate invoice with the shipping amount via email which is due prior to shipping.
We charge at minimum a $5.00 shipping and handling fee per lot. For freight shipments, there is a minimum $35 pallet fee plus the cost of shipping.
