Forklift will come with a propane tank, an empty one and not necessarily the one shown in the photos.
This forklift has been in our shop and used intermittently over the last several years, the motor runs smoothly and we just put in a new battery. This is a nice machine if used in a small shop intermittently as we have done, there are a few things that I would address if were used on a regular basis. The brakes do not work, they have not worked in the 10 years we have owned it, the drive is hydro-static with a foot pedal and the brakes have not been a concern for our use because of the hydro-static system. The mast seal has a leak that will puddle on the floor as it sits when not in use, could use a seal kit. The other issue is there something temperamental in the gas regulator valve or carburetor allowing the propane to flow through too fast if the propane tank is wide open. Open the propane tank just a turn or two and the engine runs fine.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
If an item needs to be shipped, call us before bidding, a pallet fee per lot will be charged to the buyer based on the packaging criteria needed for shipment, nothing is shipped until all invoices and shipping costs are paid in full.

Payment is expected the day of pickup, if for some reason you are unable to pickup at the scheduled time please call before bidding, we maybe able to accomodate a different pickup time for you. DO NOT assume it will work for us unless you call prior to bidding.
