Most of you will come in off N 12th St and take a right on Chestnut Ave. You will see a large multi-brick building with a black border on the top of the building to your left. That's where we are located. Drive to the end of the building where you see a large black garage door with a blue symbol that says "Machine" on it. Turn left into the parking lot just after that and park. There will be a set of silver double doors that will give you access into the building. Come to those doors and if they are locked knock we will be right out to let you in. We are the first suite to the right of the doors.
If you do not pick up your items by the pick up day you will be charged a $10 fee for each lot each additional pick up date. If you do not pay for this fee before the last scheduled pick up day you forfeit your item and you will not be refunded. If you pay for your item via square and do not pick up your item(s) before the last scheduled pick up date you forfeit your item and you will not be refunded. We are open to pick ups Tuesday's and Saturdays from 11am until 4pm please arrive during these days and times. We will sometimes make special arrangements but you must receive prior approval.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
You can arrange your own shiiping provider to pick up items- we reccomend Spee-Dee for local deliveries, and Navis for nation wide or international. You will pay them directly
