Our client, A&A Millwork has been in their south Mpls location for 38 years. Their building has been sold and they are moving in to a new location on Grand Ave. in St Paul right after our auction merchandise gets picked up. The items we are listing for them are excess machinery, racking and materials that they will not need in their new location.
A FORKLIFT WILL BE ONSITE FOR LOADING FROM 9 UNTIL 2 PM ONLY. IF YOU NEED THE FORKLIFT SERVICES YOU MUST BE DONE LOADING BY 2. A TRUCK IS COMING AT 2:15 TO PICK UP THE FORKLIFT AND TAKE IT TO OUR CLIENTS NEW BUILDING.
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO ALTERNATIVE DAYS OR TIMES FOR AUCTION MERCHANDISE PICK UP. THE CLIENT IS MOVING AND CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE ANY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
LOADING WILL BE DONE INDOORS AT GROUND LEVEL. GO TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND TURN IN TO THE ALLEY OR DRIVEWAY. GO PAST THE FENCE OR GATED AREA AND TURN LEFT. YOU WILL NOW BE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING LOOK FOR A BIG ROLL UP GARAGE DOOR WITH THE #1 ON IT. COME INSIDE.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

WHEN YOU PAY ONLINE AND DO NOT COME IN TO PICK UP YOUR MERCHANDISE DURING THE DESIGNATED REMOVAL DAYS AND TIMES LISTED FOR THAT AUCTION, WE WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND THE MERCHANDISE WILL BECOME OUR PROPERTY.
