Please note: Items are NOT in the main building along Center Street. Entrance is along the north side of the property.
Please follow signs for removal. Park on the street and check in. We will direct you where to go - your patience is appreciated!
Please bring help to load your items. Our staff is there to show you where your lots are, not to load your items for you. If staff chooses to help you load, tips are appreciated.
Payment MUST be received by 4 PM on Sunday May 3, 2020.

Bidding
Read our detailed descriptions thoroughly! We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.
If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

Payments
We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Checks (No starter checks or third party checks), Cashier's Checks (made out to NPS Enterprises, LLC), and Wire Transfers (over $3,000).
MN Sales Tax and all other applicable fees will be collected. If buying items for resale, an ST-3 is required.
Loadout
Pickup times are only as listed. Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during pickup times. The Auctioneer, NPS Enterprises LLC, and/or property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. All buyers will be required to sign a Liability Waiver prior to removal of your items.
Failure to load your items by the 6 P.M. cutoff without prior approval will result in a $50/hour staffing charge, payable in cash at the time of loadout.
It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site. We may be able to ship what was left behind, but it will be at YOUR expense.
Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.
If items are paid for and have not been picked up within 5 business days without prior contact, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
There is NO SHIPPING offered on this auction.
