Here is a 1985 Detroit double wide mobile home 25 x 70 with a 12 x 12 addition, 14 x 16 plus ramp and 8 x 8 lower deck, 8 x 10 rear deck.  Decks were built in 2002.  Also included is a 20 x 21 foot carport.  Home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, new windows and siding in 2005, New shingles in 2010, Aluminum Gutters, Goodman Manufacturing Co. Air Conditioner, Fireplace, Whirlpool Dishwasher and Refrigerator, Kenmore Stove, GE Microwave, Coleman Evcon Furnace.  Home is located on a nicely landscaped corner lot.


You are bidding on the purchase price of all the items listed above.  Any personal property left in the home is part of the sale as well, although the seller intends to have it empty prior to that time.  If the buyer wants to keep the mobile home where it is located in a mobile home park, Buyer must be approved by the park management and sign a lease for the lot.  If the home is to be moved the park manger will need 30 day's notice of intent to move, and what company will move the home.  If moved, all accessories and rubbish must be removed as well, leaving the ground bare of anything except vegetation.  Water service is through the park, gas and electric is through Xcel energy.  Lot rent will be paid for June, BUYER will be responsible for any rent due after July 1, 2020.  Lot rent is approximately $550.00 per month plus water usage.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder.
