If you have been looking for the dream kitchen on a shoestring budget don't miss this auction. This is a complete custom kitchen with beautiful real wood cabinets, stone countertops, deluxe appliances and top of the line lighting. It is being sold as one complete kitchen to one lucky bidder.
Delivery is available if you need it, but you must be located within 50 miles of zip code 55426. Delivery will cost $500.00 plus $2.00 per mile round trip. They will deliver but you must unload-absolutely no assistance will be offered with the unload.
Delivery or pick up must be completed within 5 business days of auction close date - no weekend pick up or delivery.
Payment must be taken care of the day after auction close.

SAFETY OF OUR MERCHANDISE: Safety guidelines and timetables regarding virus life on hard surfaces suggest that our merchandise has greatly exceeded the time necessary to be virus free. Here is a statement/timetable from WebMD regarding virus life on hard surfaces: How long does this coronavirus live on surfaces or outside of the body? A new study found that SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) may last for a few hours or several days on surfaces and several hours in the air under experimental conditions. The study found it can last up to 4 hours on copper, up to 24 hours on cardboard, and up to 2 to 3 days on plastic and stainless steel. The study shows that it may be possible to transmit the infection by touching a contaminated surface or by breathing it from the air, but does not prove that air transmission actually happens under real-world circumstances. Using a simple disinfectant on all reachable surfaces is a good idea. All merchandise in our auctions will have long passed the timelines outlined in the WebMD article by the time you purchase and receive them. Most items come into our shop for a number of days before we get them listed. They are online a minimum of 7-8 days before the auction closes, and then another two or three days before you pick them up. That means the merchandise has been safely isolated in our warehouse for at least 15 days before you take it home. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING TO INSURE YOUR CONTINUED GOOD HEALTH: 1. We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
