This auction contains items that are not cost effective for shipping. Most lots are heavy and bulky. NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION. Auction contains acetylene welding setups (3), top tier paint spraying equipment (5) antique Letz corn grinder from early 1900,s(1), very nice pressure washer (1), shelving and pallet racking beams, specialty tools and more everyday tools. Winning bidders must have invoice paid by end of removal day, only then will alternate pickup days be considered if you have an emergency on pickup day.
NO SHIPPING OFFERED ON THIS AUCTION, ITEM ARE TOO HEAVY AND BULKY.
All winnings bidders are required to have auction invoice paid by 7:00 PM on October 19, 2020, end of pickup day and time. If not picked up on removal day, arrangements for alternative day and time need to be made prior to closing of removal day, or your item may be forfeited.
A few items are extremely heavy, forklift on site but please bring help to load if your item is a heavy larger item.

Items must be paid for and picked up on removal day unless other arrangements are made prior to pick up day. Please bring help to help load larger lots/items.
Deviation from pick up day only in case of a personal emergency. If for some reason you can not make it on removal day, you must contact us prior to end of removal day and have the auction invoice paid for by end of removal day, then we will work something out with you for pickup within 5 days.

Second Story's LLC reserves the right to charge a $25 late pickup fee per item for bidders who are unable to attend the stated removal dates.

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Buyer’s Premium

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Note: There is no shipping offered for this auction. The items are too large and bulky and heavy. In lieu of shipping service, as long as auction invoice is paid by end of removal day, we will work out an alternative date with you to pick up your items.
