This auction features Sierra Pacific 1x6x8 and 1x6x6 dual pattern tongue and groove. There will be some minor imperfections in this material. Refer to the lot description for board breakdown per skid. Prices are going up on all lumber and this material has a reserve of 40 cents per linear foot.
Alternate removals: Alternate removals will only be allowed with prompt payment of your purchase on the published payment and removal date.
Loading: We will load any appropriate open truck or trailer. Any other vehicle will require hand loading by the customer.
Inspections: Inspections can be made any Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 4 pm until the auction closes.
Questions: Call ahead or come in with any questions you have as we are happy to answer them. The load out day is not the day for questions.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
