Wow! What a fun sale! A lifelong of memories and collections in a wonderful home on Lake Minnetonka. Been a fun one to prepare as we had a gorgeous lake view! This is part two of a two part auction at this location.
Sale to contain an entire estate sale and life collection of everything you would have in your home. Sale to include but not limited to; grand piano, furniture including a beautiful mid century bedroom set, butcher block island, many items of home decor, clothing, figurines, glassware, dining table and beautiful petite hutch, artwork and so much more!
We have to do this one auction style due to the limited parking.There is no on street parking in front of the home. Therefore, we are limited to driveway parking only. Please make sure to schedule an appointment for pick up. It will create parking troubles if customers show up that are not scheduled as we are going to try and limit the number of people picking up at a certain time.
Due to concerns with COVID and wanted to have limited social interactions, inspection will be online only. Thank you. We want everyone to stay healthy and safe.
Masks and social distancing required for pick up. Please consider paying for your items in advance as it will speed up the pick up process and limit contact.

Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accomodate special dates and times for pick ups. The removal schedule is set for a specific date and time for a reason. Please review the removal schedule and make sure you are available on those dates/times. Thank you.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
