BIDDING:
All vehicles have been test driven 2 miles. We will note if there are any major mechanical issues evident from our short test drive. As with all used cars they may come with typical maintenance or mechanical issues. It is your responsibility to inspect before your winning bid. We have included a video on each vehicle to ensure bidder confidence. We are open 9-5 M-F.
REMOVAL:
You need your drivers license and Insurance Information, current policy is fine, doesn't need to be on vehicle purchased, but it must be a current card. Removal is not inspection day. We are open 9-4 M-F
21 Day Permits are issued when necessary.
TITLE TRANSFER:
Northwoods Auction Co. is a licensed Dealer and complete all in state title transfers. All vehicles will have title and registration completed within 10 days of vehicle pick-up for in state buyers. Out of state buyers will be issued a 31 day permit and the title will be sent certified mail within the 31 days.
ITEM INSPECTION & GUARANTEES
Northwoods inspections are merely visual and limited to what our staff sees and hears THE DAY of the listing and dependent on statements made by the consigner to Northwoods. Therefore, all items are sold "As Is" and "Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Information, descriptions, and details, including but limited to, year, make, model, milage, and condition, are deemed correct but are NOT GUARANTEED and you are responsible for your own due diligence. Personal or 3rd part inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding to verify the accuracy of any and all descriptions and information, written or oral, provided by Northwoods Auction Co. All sales are final.

REMOVAL & SHIPPING
We are open Monday-Friday 9-4. Your purchase must be removed from the location within seven days of the auction. You will be assessed a storage fee of $20/day for every day following pickup day. Northwoods Auction Co. LLC will set up transportation via a 3rd party for an additional cost. Shipping prices vary depending on location. Please call for shipping cost to your location.
TITLES & TITLED VEHICLES
Non-Minnesota residents: All titled vehicles are charged a $79 Doc fee which includes a 31-day temporary license permit. Titles will be complete using the name and address of the individual taking receipt of the vehicle. The title will be mailed out to the purchaser within 30 days of payment clearing. If paid in cash, a non-MN customer may take title at time of sale if it is available from the selling dealer at that time.
MN Residents: The State of MN requires us to obtain a $79 documentation fee, MN sales tax, license and registration fees, and complete transfer of ownership of passenger vehicles and pick up trucks for buyers who are Minnesota residents. To do so, you MUST provide us with CURRENT and VALID auto insurance and State ID card. Plates & reg. tabs will be mailed out via USPS with tracking.
PAYMENT
You will be emailed an invoice after the auction close. The amount on the invoice may not be correct due to out-of-state buyers not being obligated to MN license/title fees and sales tax. Also, if you live in MN and your vehicle purchase price is BELOW $3000 and OVER 10 years old your sales tax amount is only $10, not 6.5%. Please call our office for exact invoice amount before pickup if you need.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
With online payment we will collect a 3% fee at time of pick-up
