The spectacular centerpiece of the home is a complete 17 voice THEATER PIPE ORGAN - which is for sale! Along with 2 other organs, a player piano and an accordion, there is a treasure trove of antique furniture, fun lamps, gorgeous dinnerware, crystal and china, antique and new books, old LPs and sheet music, pottery collection, rugs, artwork and more. Online bidding is available immediately! There will be designated inspection hours at the location. We will also have some items that will be tagged and available to purchase during the preview!
Removal Friday, January 8th and Saturday, January 9 from 10-2. If you are the winning bidder on an item/items, you will be asked to choose a time for pickup. Professional movers will be on-site between noon and 2 pm on Saturday the 9th to help move large/heavy items to your vehicle. Plan your removal time accordingly. Bring your own boxes and bubble wrap or tissue and be prepared to pack up your own breakable items.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

Seller Conduct

Sales Tax
