PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON MAY 27TH. Unpaid invoices left over at end of business on May 27th will be listed as no-shows unless arrangements have been made.
Payment methods include cash, credit card up to $5,000, cashier's check, Apple Pay and wire transfers. Buyers may pay online through the K-BID Dashboard prior to removal.
Check policy: I-35 Auctions accepts personal checks up to $2,500 with a valid photo I.D. Returned check fee is $35 or maximum allowable by law. We reserve the right to refuse any check. Amounts over $2,500 paid with check must be with certified funds.
PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER: Paid lots left behind for more than 21 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We are happy to offer shipping services for many items on this auction.
Parcels shipped in the Midwest are sent via Spee-Dee. Parcels shipped outside the Midwest are sent via FedEx. We do no ship internationally and cannot ship to PO boxes.
Pallet shipments via Spee-Dee or Panama Transfer.
If you wish to have your items shipped, contact I-35 Auctions no later than the close of business on the scheduled removal day. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your invoice and you can make one payment on the K-BID Dashboard for both the lots and S/H fee.
Combined shipping of multiple lots is available. One low $15 handling fee applies to most parcel shipments, plus freight. Large orders, oversized items or items requiring special packaging will be charged a higher handling fee.
For freight shipments, there is a minimum $35 per pallet fee plus the cost of shipping.
Payments may be made online thru K-BID's Dashboard prior to removal.
