Fabulous Maytag ringer washer circa 1950s! Features a gyrating washing mechanism and two-toned white and pink porcelain body. Unlike the machines of today that break down after a few years, this washer is still in working order 60+ years later. Great piece for the collector, or for those who prefer simple mechanics to the touch button computerized applicances of the modern age.

Gorgeous antique Sears Roebuck & Co. sewing machine with cabinet. The machine is a 'Minnesota' model with colored, albeit weathered, embellishments. The drawers are all intact, but two have no back pieces. Our favorite part of this piece is the incredible cast iron stand foot pedal. Can you imagine any new sewing machine with 1/10 of the decorative details? Nah, us either. This piece may or may not be currently functional (we didn't test it), but it's a guaranteed stunner, and that's a fact.

Measurements

when closed: 31" tall x 34" wide x 18" deep

when open: 40" tall x 52" wide x 18" deep

*IMPORTANT: This piece is deceivingly heavy, so please bring help to load!

Precise engineering meets the decorative arts in this stunning antique Harris no. 3 hand crank sewing machine.

Harris was based in London and distributed machines to retailers through Europe. They did not produce their own machines but badged others made by other makers with the "Harris" name. (This particular machine was made by New Home.) The Harris company was founded in the 1870s and continued in the sewing machine business until the 1960s, where they diversified into other business sectors.

This machine has not been tested, but cosmetically it's in quite beautiful condition. The colorful embellishments are, for the most part, intact and vibrant. The quarter sawn oak base and case both also look to be in good condition with minor, age appropriate wear.

First off, can we talk about the color of this '50s Kenmore sewing machine?! We're fawning over the duo-tone blush hue...

We haven't tested this beauty out, so that'll be left up to the buyer. Cosmetically, though, it looks to be in good shape with minor, age appropriate wear. The blonde wood cabinet also appears to be in good condition with minor wear, most noticeable on the table tops.

Please refer to photos for measurements.
