Auction Information:
Your Boat Club promises our members the best boating has to offer. These late model, meticulously maintained fishing boats, ski boats and pontoons have served our members well. It is simply time to replace them with brand new models and find them a new home!
Most boats have been in service for only three years and are regularly detailed and refurbished. Boats are sold AS-IS. All boats located on Lake Minnetonka in Smith's Bay.
Auction Closing and Fees:
A 5% Buyers Premium will be added to the purchase price as well as applicable transfer/registration fees which are listed within the item detail. Buyers Premium will be capped at $1,000 per item. =
This auction will start to close at 3:00pm.
The auction will start closing at 3:00 pm with a five-minute interval between each lot. Lot 1 will start closing at 3:00 pm, lot 2 at 3:05 pm, lot 3 at 3:10 pm, etc.
Lots will remain open until no bid has been received for 3 minutes. This is referred to as extended bidding and eliminates bid sniping.
Removal Instructions:
Please be aware that you will need to acquire/rent an appropriate trailer for any boats that are not selling with one.
Winning bidders will be sent an email the night the auction closes with detailed removal instructions. Paperwork and payment are due at the K-BID office in Maple Plain, MN (5030 Highway 12, Maple Plain, MN 55359) on 4/19 or 4/20. Once the paperwork is complete, you will be sent to the marina about 15 minutes away.
Later removal times may be accommodated but please call for details. Payment will be due by 4/20/21.
Payments accepted: Online Payment is not available. Checks or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for this auction. Please call 763-479-3000 for wire transfer instructions.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We can help coordinate shipping with a company of your choice, boats will need to be removed by 4/23/21 and paid for by 4/20/21.
