PLEASE CALL THEM FOR A QUOTE. IF YOU WISH TO USE THEIR SERVICES LET THEM KNOW THE LOAD OUT WILL BE FRIDAY, APRIL 16TH FROM 8:45 AND UNTIL 2:30 PM. THE LOAD OUT SCHEDULE IS STRICT AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE MADE FOR A LATE PICK UP. THE LOAD OUT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
On load out day go to the address listed for the auction. You will see 2 buildings: Geeco and Powell Industrial Center. Drive straight back between the 2 buildings, and you will find our cashier vehicle parked right by the fence. Everyone must stop at the cashier vehicle, it will have K-BID signs in front of it. If you paid online tell the cashier that you paid and you will get official paperwork to present to the bobcat driver to let him know you have paid. If you need to pay, the cashier will take your payment of cash, Visa or Mastercard.
The removal for this auction is completely outdoors. No special COVID instructions will be put in place for this auction. Look for the CASHIER CAR on load out day to get your paperwork in order, pay your bill, get in line for the fork lift or gain access to the yard for removal.
A forklift is onsite for the removal at no charge.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to M.A.Williams Auction.
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
