Pick up for this auction is Friday, May 14th 2021 from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
WE ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO INSPECT THE ITEMS BEFORE BIDDING. All items are in various states of used condition. Please contact Heather Jenness at (507) 351-4875 to schedule an appointment.
Buyers are responsible for bringing ALL proper tools, equipment, and manpower for disassembling and removing their items from the location.

Important Note:
ALL Items are to be picked-up on FRIDAY, MAY 14th, 2021 from 11:00am to 5:00pm. All items in this auction are located on site and must be removed on the scheduled pick up date.
If you are the winning bidder of a large item (Wok Stove or Buffets) or of a large quantity of items, please contact Heather Jenness at (507) 351-4785 to schedule an appointment to pick up on Friday, May 14th 2021. This will help ensure that you and other bidders have adequate space and time to remove your item(s). NOTE- Entrances and exits are standard sized exterior doors. All items must be disassembled to be able to fit through the doorways.
If a successful bidder makes payment on an item / purchase and does not pick it up on the scheduled removal date, the item will be deemed abandoned and forfeited. All non-paying bidders will be processed as a "No Show".
Prodena Auction Services, LLC will reserve the right to dispose of the item as desired. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for items not picked up on the scheduled removal date of Friday, May 14th 2021.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available for this auction.
We encourage all bidders to pay online when possible to minimize contact and to process pick-ups in a timely fashion.
