50% of the proceeds of this auction will go to The Brooke Margaret Dunning Fund/ Brooke’s Fund, established by her mother, Diane Dunning, in loving memory of her daughter Brooke, who died on November 21, 2017, at the age of 29, after a long struggle with eating disorders, depression and anxiety. This fund was born to ensure her legacy and honor her sure sense of purpose, which was to help others.
It provides support for education, outreach and special needs for Melrose Center eating disorder patients, families, caregivers and clinicians.
Brooke’s beautiful heart and soul touched many people in her short life. Her caring and generous spirit always put the needs of others before herself. Brooke was an accomplished personal chef who ran her own business bringing joy and happiness to her clients and those who experienced her talents. Brooke’s unfailing faith in God helped her find strength, compassion and the knowledge and understanding that God had a plan and purpose for her.

*For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY HELP TO LIFT OR HAUL THESE ITEMS. IF HELP IS NEEDED FROM STAFF, THERE WILL BE A REMOVAL FEE.
*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you have all the correct items.
*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.
Please bring someone with you to remove heavy items or multiple items. Please bring tools if required. Team can not help disassemble or move items from auction location.
If you should need an alternative day for pick up, please contact us to arrange pick up time at warehouse. Depending on item we will charge relocation & storage fee at our warehouse of $25 for each lot.

Late removals should not be expected. A $15 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accommodate special dates and times for pick ups. The removal schedule is set for a specific date and time for a reason. Please review the removal schedule and make sure you are available on those dates/times. Thank you.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees.
