PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being held in a private home that has been SOLD. Therefore, pick up/auction removal is limited to the scheduled day only. Please review the pick up schedule date and time prior to bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone to pick up your items. There will be NO alternative pick up date and time. Due to the time constraints we cannot offer personalized; alternative pick up dates. If you miss the pick up date and don't call to request shipping, your item will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. DO NOT bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal/ pick up time(s) and day. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals.
By participating in this auction, you release Estate Sales Minnesota of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
Do not assume we will be available to ship your item. Call the number provided before bidding to ensure that your item is available for shipping. IF YOU WIN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING, NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
