This auction contains an entire automotive repair shop including a body and paint shop and an alignment center- 3 building and an out lot full of great items. We have hoists, sand blasting items quality tools, test equipment, a full paint booth and chemical mixing room and so much more. We also have fans to cool you off this summer and a gymnastic balance beam. We also have a super plow truck, a nice enclosed trailer an a 1973 Mercury Cougar if you are looking for a project. Load out instruction are very specific and must be followed to the letter. This is a big auction and we have to maintain some sense of order. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this.

We do not take personal or business checks. We take visa and master card for up to $3,000.00. Wire transfers and cash are always welcome. For purchases over $3000.00 a wire transfer, Cashier Check or cash are the best way to go. A Cashier Check must be made out to ABI
Bidders are required to attend the scheduled removal to pay their invoice and pick up their lots. Alternative removal dates can be arranged for some M.A. Williams Auctions for a $25 service charge per invoice. If alternative arrangements are required, the bidder must pre-arrange the date and time with M.A. Williams Auctions (612-819-7859). Alternative removals must take place within 7 calendar days of the scheduled removal date of the auction or the merchandise will be considered abandoned.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
