  • It is your responsibility to check the functionality of the lots you bid on. We strive to describe our lots as accurately as we can, but we're only human and mistakes can be made. Again, inspection is encouraged.
  • There are NO RETURNS - we are not Walmart. 
  • Inspection is 6/17/21 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM or by appointment. This auction is held in our warehouse so we are flexible with inspection requests.
  • All non-paying bidders will be marked as a NO-SHOW. This may affect your bidding status with K-BID.
  • Please adhere to our removal schedule. We do not have room to store items past the removal date.

Late Removal Terms

Items that are paid for but not picked up will be held for 5 business days past the last removal date for this auction with prior authorization only. DO NOT assume that we'll hold the items for you if you pay for them and don't contact us. A fee of $10 per day, per lot (payable in cash) will be charged for items picked up beyond the posted removal days. Items not picked up after 5 business days of the last pickup day will be considered abandoned and NO REFUNDS will be given under ANY circumstances. In the case of this auction anything left after July 13, 2021 at 5:00 PM will be considered abandoned.

Bidding

Read our detailed descriptions thoroughly! We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.

If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

Loadout

Pickup times are only as listed.

Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.

If you have already paid for your items and cannot pick them up, please call us to arrange for storage. Storage is $10 per day, per lot and payable in CASH ONLY at the time of pickup (limit 5 business days). If we do not hear from you by the end of the load out, we will consider them abandoned with no refund.

Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during pickup times. For auctions held at our facility, a forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, NPS Enterprises LLC, and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. All buyers will be required to sign a Liability Waiver prior to removal of your items.

Failure to load your items by the end of the auction pickup time will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.

It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.

Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID. 

If items are paid for and have not been picked up, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances. Holding your items for you is an option, but you will be charged $10 per day, per lot (payable in CASH ONLY) for every day they are left in our possession. Limit 5 Business Days.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

  • Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Account information and passwords must not be shared.
  • All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

**Many items on this auction require special packaging to ship safely. With that in mind, we are implementing the following shipping terms:

  1. Buyer to pay actual shipping cost + Packaging / Handling Fee
  2. Shipping will be through SpeeDee if you're within their delivery area. If SpeeDee does not deliver in your area, we will ship via FedEx or UPS, depending on who is more economical.
  3. Packaging / Handling Charge is $7.00 for the first lot you win and $1.00 for each additional lot. For example if you need 3 lots shipped your Packaging / Handling Fee is $9.00
  4. All auction invoices MUST be paid by 7/8/21, regardless if you need shipping.
  5. We may not be able to quote your shipping cost during loadout days if we are too busy. If you need shipping please email us at auctions@surplusmn.com and let us know your bidder number and that you need shipping. 
  6. All shipping invoices will need to be paid by 7/9/21 or the items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given under any circumstances
  7. If you do not agree with these terms please DO NOT BID.
 
Pallet lots MUST ship freight. ALL freight shipments will have a $50 palletizing fee.
