This material's reserve is dramatically discounted to put it at or below cost. For loading, alternate pickups, or other questions, please call before the close of the auction.
This auction features many different widths, lengths, and patterns of both Ship Lap and Tongue and Groove. This product is priced to move immediately and the auction closes quickly. We will attempt to describe the lots as accurately as possible, but there is no substitute for inspecting before bidding. In each lot's description, we will post the estimated square footage of coverage. This will only be an estimate.
Loading: We will load open trucks and trailers. Enclosed vehicles or inappropriate vehicles will require loading by the purchaser.
Inspection: Inspections can be made during business hours until the auction closes. The pickup day is not an inspection day, so please ask your questions ahead of the close.
Alternate Pickup: Alternate pickups will be allowed with prompt payment on our posted payment/pickup day. This product will be tarped, but will be stored outside so make arrangements to pickup as soon as possible.
