What a fun sale! Everything in this sale is vintage or antique!
This is the sale of a household in Golden Valley, with antiques, toys, kitchen items, and other vintage gems collected through 75 years, including more than 55 years in the same house. We point out chips and imperfections, but you will see that the items have been well cared for. The family hopes you will also appreciate and enjoy these genuine treasures and give them a good home.

PLEASE NOTE: This sale is being conducted in a private home. Pick up/Removal is limited to the date listed ONLY with no exceptions! We cannot schedule individual pick up times and date. Do not call and request a special pick up date and time as we cannot accommodate that.
Pick up is by appt only using the scheduling tool K-Bid provides.
If purchasing furniture items, you will need to bring assistance as employees are not able to help lift and move items.

At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals.
By participating in this auction, you release Estate Sales Minnesota of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
AFTER you have paid for your items on K-Bid, a separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you.
We can not ship your items until you have paid your K-Bid invoice.
Smaller lots may be able to be bundled together- Inquire beforehand.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance as the items have to be packaged and the package weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated.
Once the items have been sent to the shipping department and have been packaged for mail and you have been sent an invoice, picking up your item will no longer be an option as time and money will have been spent to package up your item/s. Thank you.
It may take up to one week after the auction closes for you to receive your shipping invoice.
Do not assume we will be available to ship your item. Call the number provided before bidding to ensure that your item is available for shipping. IF YOU WIN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING, AND YOU CAN NOT PICK UP- NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
