This lot is for 20 boxes (roughly 429 sq ft) of NEW flooring. Please note that this has not been checked over by us and there might be a small amount of tile that is broken from transport. We didn't see any damage to it , but did not check anything as we are selling by the pallet. We will not reimburse any broken tiles under 10% of the total square footage.
