This lot is for 20 boxes (roughly 900 sq ft) of NEW flooring. Please note that this has not been checked over by us and there might be a small amount of tile that is broken from transport. We didn't see any damage to the boxed items, but did not check anything as we are selling by the pallet. NOTE that there a few single sheets on top that have damage to them. We will not reimburse any broken tiles under 10% of the total square footage. Appears to be at least 6 different shades/colors, but all appear to be 12x12" tiles.
