Detroit Lakes, MN is located 45 miles east of Fago Moorhead. The checkin location is the back corner of the bus garage. Once payment has been made, you will receive a stamped "paid" copy of your invoice. The items are located at 2 locations in Detroit Lakes. You will be given easy to follow directions to get to the second location if needed. We will have a full staff, even so, there may be a slight wait if you come at a active time. We ask you to be patient, as we expect over 100 buyers.
Most of these items are very self explanatory. Detroit Lakes is finishing a 3 year building remodeling project. Upgrades are happening in every department and area of the schools. Some items have obvious blemishes that is normal wear & tear. Some items are in NEW condition being the district has made some changes since the remodel and improvements have begun, mainly in food service.
This auction will close with 7 lots per minute taking only 74 minutes total. A strong suggestion woould be to use the "maximum bid" feature to avoid losing items. Each lot will refresh to 3 minutes if there is a bid within 3 minutes of the lot ending. This allows for comprehensive bidding. GOOD LUCK!!!
Check in at the bus garage behind the Detroit Lakes Community College right off MN Hwy. 34 on the east edge of town. It is located on the Northeast corner. Follow signs.
Two day pickup only. Pick up times are 9 am to 4 pm. These are the hours available due to school policy. If you cannot retreive your winnings during those times, please do not bid.
You can prepay with online payment or pay at the time of removal with cash, credit card or check.
Some of these items date back 55 years or more, while others are as new as months old. There is normal wear and tear to be expected. We have photographed items and done our best showing this. All of these items are in reusable condition. All items are in working condition unless specified.
Please, allow yourself enough time for checkout and removal. Bring plenty of help and any tools, straps, dollys, 2 wheelers you might expect to need. There is a forklift & driver on sight which will help with palletized lots.

Pick Up terms:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment/ pick up/shipping requests of all winning invoices.
1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible by providing 7 hours on pick up days)
2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated pick up business day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you or to have them shipped if you are not able to pick up yourself.
3. We provide shipping for most items at additional cost to the buyer. Please DO NOT PAY ON-LINE if you are shipping. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Resold Auctions to arrange shipping during the scheduled pick up days and times of each specific auction.
4. Any items paid or unpaid remaining at Resold Auction past the designated pick up schedule without prior agreement will immediately become subject to a $25 minimum late pick up penalty.
5. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
6. There is a $25 penalty to reverse a No Show Status Account with Resold Auctions. This is in addition to any penalty for late retrieval of items.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Online Payments are disabled the evening prior to removal when the removal is away from our Lake Park Offices.
