Garner-based manufacturing company, Stellar Industries, is selling excess equipment from their facilities in Mason City and Kanawha, Iowa. Highlighting this auction is a CNC plasma cutting system, parts tumbler, steel bender, etc.

Most items are located at the Mason City plant. Lot 30 is located at their Kanawha, Iowa plant located at 305 East 1st Street, Kanawha, IA 50447.
Removal: by appointment only; preferred day for most items is Friday morning, Oct 14th. Lots 20 (plasma system) and 30 (channel bender) will need to be scheduled sometime during the following week. Plant staff does not work Fridays and we will need their help for removal of these two items.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. Winning bidders who have not paid their invoices by this time will be listed as no-shows.
For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check.

Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Paid lots left behind for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
I-35 Auctions is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Due to increasing costs, including higher weekly service rates and fuel surcharges from our shipping company, we are forced to increase our handling fee.
Please contact us and let us know you want shipping before paying your invoice. NOT ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING. Please check the listing for shipping/no shipping information before bidding.
Parcels shipped in the Midwest are sent via Spee-Dee. Parcels shipped outside the Midwest are sent via FedEx. Domestic shipments only. No international shipments will be made.

If you wish to have your items shipped, contact I-35 Auctions within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your invoice and you can make one payment on the K-BID Dashboard for both the lots and S/H fee.
Combined shipping of multiple lots is available. A $18.50 handling fee per order applies to most parcel shipments, plus freight. Large orders, oversized items or items requiring special packaging will be charged a higher handling fee.
For freight shipments, there is a minimum $60 per pallet handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
Online payments can be made through your K-BID Dashboard or we can process your payment in person on pick up day. If you want items shipped, do not pay your invoice until after we get freight charges added.
