Test drives are allowed and encouraged during inspection days, please inspect before you bid, not after you are the winning bidder.
All vehicles are driven by us 20 miles. We will note if there are any ENGINE / TRANSMISSION failures that result in the vehicle not completing the test drive. As with all used cars they may come with delayed maintenance or mechanical issues. It is your responsibility to inspect before your winning bid. All vehicles are sold as is – where is. Our test drive is not a full mechanical inspection, buyer accepts all faults.

REMOVAL: Please bring your Driver’s License and Insurance Information, current policy is fine, DOES NOT need to be on vehicle purchased.
TITLE TRANSFER: We are a licensed MN Auto Dealer and complete all IN-STATE title transfers. Tabs / plates are mailed out within 3 weeks of vehicle purchase. 21 Day Permits are issued when necessary. Out of State Buyers complete their own title transfer, 31 DAY temporary permits are issued, TITLE WILL BE MAILED WITHIN 31 DAYS, and $125 doc fee is only applicable fee.

"Paid" Items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $100 a week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made. "Paid" items not picked up within 90 days are considered abandoned and will once agin be property of Minnewaska Motors.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
$295 delivery to anywhere within 30 Miles of Minneapolis. If you wish to have your vehicle delivered please email hannah@mnautoauctions.com with your address and we will update your invoice to reflect the exact amount due including delivery.
Standard delivery is available for $2.90 per loaded mile OUTSIDE OF THE METRO AREA. Minimum delivery fee is $150. WE ALSO SHIP NATIONWIDE!!
Payment in person is preferred due to the likelihood of decreased title transfer fees.
