The Far East Buffet operated in Grand Forks for many years. When they permanently closed, quite a bit of items were left, and they are up for your bidding pleasure. There are some really nice items in here--especially if you are opening a restaurant.
Since the restaurant was fully operational until they closed, it's assumed that the equipment all works. However, all items are being sold as is with no guarantees. Additionally, many of the items are installed for use--you will need to bring all appropriate equipment, tools, and manpower to uninstall and remove.

There will be a one week pick up period, and you can make an appointment to pick up your items by calling Jonathan @701-739-1164.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
