Some of these cars are quite complete, while others have some hard to find trim and parts.
Mel was a classic car restoration expert for many years. he specialized in the late 50's Mopars and did many "Christine" cars for people all over the globe. Retirement caught up to him and he had his salvage yard full of vintage vehicles that met their demise. He held back this group to pass on to others. We thank him for that! We have about 50 photos per vehicle so you can get a really good indication as to condition.
All these vehicles will need to be trailered. Please bring everything you need including straps, trailer, road flare kit, power winch and more. If you don't have access to a winch, Resold Auctions has a 12,000 pound 12 volt winch for rent on site. Rental per vehicle will be $50.00 which includes the use of a 12 volt battery power. Most of these cars have flat or rotted tires. The loading area ( a couple acres) is a good gravel base and firm even on rainy days. There is ample room to maneuver a trailer and truck. Feel free to bring your own forklift or skidsteer if you prefer. Be prepared for inclement weather by carrying a survival kit and warm clothes if need be.
We urge you to come early enough in the day (based on distance) to avoid travel delays with potential problems.

This is a one day removal scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 24, from 9 am to 5 pm. If you cannot make it that day, please do not bid. If you win and "the dog ate your homework" or other excuses that you cannot pick up that day, there will be a $500 late (or early) pickup fee to cover our lost productivity, extra expenses and time involved with your "special" circumstances. Our schedule is very precise this time of year. If you purchase more than one vehicle we will work with you on retrieving all of your cars within a reasonable amount of time. There will be no penalty charge for this.
There are limited options for food in Fertile. There are 2 convenience stores for fuel, etc. & one grocery store.

Pick Up terms:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment/ pick up/shipping requests of all winning invoices.
1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible by providing 10 hours on pick up days)
2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated pick up business day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you or to have them shipped if you are not able to pick up yourself.
3. We provide shipping for most items at additional cost to the buyer. Please DO NOT PAY ON-LINE if you are shipping. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Resold Auctions to arrange shipping during the scheduled pick up days and times of each specific auction.
4. Any items paid or unpaid remaining at Resold Auction past the designated pick up schedule without prior agreement will immediately become Property of Resold Auction Services.
5. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
6. There is a $25 penalty to reverse a No Show Status Account with Resold Auctions. This is in addition to any penalty for late retrieval of items.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
