INSPECT BEFORE YOU BID! Northland Auto Center, Inc. is not liable for any mechanical issues discovered after the vehicle has been sold. Vehicle descriptions are based on previous owner testimonies, and a test drive. All known issues will be listed in the description of the vehicle. See photos for information on condition of exterior and interior of vehicle. Vehicles can be found at the auction location for inspections while the auction is live. If you would like to inspect a vehicle after store hours (see "Dealership Hours" above) schedule an appointment by calling ahead, or sending an email to: eliwnac@gmail.com. *Call the dealership during store hours for any more information or photos.
AFTER AUCTION HAS CLOSED: Highest bidder will receive a phone call from the auction manager once the auction has closed to discuss payment and removal. If you do not receive a call after auction close, please call the Dealership at (605) 345-6272 during store hours. If there are any "no-shows" the next highest bidder may be notified and given an opportunity to take home the lot at their highest bid. A new invoice will be generated for the next highest bidder if they would like to purchase the lot.
*Test drives are allowed as long as vehicle is currently registered & driver has a valid license.

PAYMENT
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-NEGOTIABLE! Payments must be made in full before the end of removal. Buyers are responsible for covering Buyer's Premium, and a $125 Documentation fee on top of the hammer price. Title will be mailed out upon reception of payment in full. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the title transfer process. We accept cash, cards, and wire transfers. There will be an additional 3% fee on credit card payments over $1,000. We are also able to accept cashier checks if we are able to call your bank and verify funds.
PICK-UP
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PICKED UP & TRANSPORTED OFF LOT BEFORE THE END OF REMOVAL! Call ahead (before you bid) if you're unable to make the scheduled removal date but intend to bid on one of our lots. There is a chance we could work out a later pick up date under the right circumstances. Come into the showroom during removal to receive your 45 day temporary license plates, key(s), and a copy of your purchase agreement. Buyers are responsible for handling the removal process, and are expected to come prepared with all the necessary equipment for removal. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE REPAIR ASSISTANCE OR TOWING SERVICES! If you have questions about removal please call ahead. We're happy to answer any questions you may have.
*$100/per day fee will apply to any unscheduled late pick-ups! Plan for pick-up before you bid.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
